The House is located in an exclusive residence on the beach.
The work to be done was to create a new decoration design and make an island-type kitchen, thus integrating the kitchen with the dining room and the living room.

The renovation was directed more towards a contemporary style integrating the kitchen with the rest of the house, giving it a more sophisticated and fresh finish, creating a bar-like atmosphere, incorporating shelving into the dining room, and so it will increase the use of the kitchen as a dynamic place in which to live as well as work.
Neoclassical Apartment
Apartment located in a historic neoclassical building, the apartment enjoys wonderful views of gardens and green areas and benefits from plenty of natural light.
The work to do was to give a new makeover and furnish it.
